This mean that top management are unable to land on the special qualities they want in candidates and less likely will retain their employee. Other than that, companies with high turnover rate also will not keep their promise and just waste of time for employee.

Culture clash corporation is the company that have poor working culture in company. Before working in these company, make sure to have a look on the employee review before decide working in the company. Other than that, company that avoid question about company culture also one of the characteristic of clash corporation because they may have poor working culture that doesn’t want others know about it.
The “stagnator”
Stagnator is refer to the company that does not offer many learning opportunities and development offering. These company is good at its offer of salary, position and other benefit but it is not help much in helping employee to achieve long term goal. Employee that working in a stagnator company usually go back to job hunt in 12 and 18 months which most of the employee does not want to.
The curb appealer
These company always their best exterior part to attract people to work for them. However, the interior business process of the company is completely different with its exterior. Some employee gets cheated by its exterior and after signed agreement with the company, they forced to have long working period in office. Therefore, these company just depend on their exterior part and not focusing on improving their exterior business process
